Renovation of an educational facility in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists renovations to the D-Wing and E-Wing of Dover Bay Secondary School, which are currently being used for storage, along with the conversion of a washroom into an inclusive washroom with individual stalls. The renovation will include the construction of 3 project rooms, 1 flex zone, 4 classrooms, and a Multipurpose/athletic room. There will be 2 operable walls to divide the 4 classrooms, new paint, new flooring, and T-bar throughout. New millwork and lockers will also be included. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. C-013 Mechanical C-014 Electrical All documents in regards to this Public Tender are available to download from the Construction Manager.
