Renovation of an educational facility in Weslaco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This a Weslaco ISD Food Service project for the purchase of a salad bar to be located the Mary Hoge Middle School Cafeteria. The specifications for the design of this unit are outlined below in the 'specifications" section. The attached drawing is to assist vendors in the design and not to exclude any other manufacturer. We will entertain proposals with similar units regardless of brand. A. The referenced model is CounterCraft (Model No. SCSL-132-MOD); however, it is for reference only. B. Dimensions: refer to drawings for dimensions and other detail. C. Modular piece 'fully enclosed base' style construction. All electrical conduit to be located within utility chase as required. D. Corian countertop with 2" turndown on all free sides, color to be determined by Owner. E. Countertop located at 32" a.f.f. F. Stainless steel body. All stainless steel fabrication to be fully welded. Butt or knuckle joints will not be accepted. G. Counter front to consist of 3Form decor panels (color selection by Owner). H. One (1) lot LED front panel down-lighting, remote on/off switch, optimized for use with CounterCraft Connected Control System. I. Stainless steel internal shelving compartment, fully enclosed back, sides, and top. Removable rearaccess panels, removable top panel, coved corners J. All internal stainless steel fabrication to be fully welded. K. CounterCraft Connected Control System powered by Duke Sous Chef Technology. Touchscreen digital controls with secure Bluetooth Mesh connectivity. All compatible appliances arecontrollable from the touchscreen control and/or the Duke Sous Chef Mobile application. L. One (1) lot custom CounterCraft breath guards, optimized for use with CounterCraft Connected Control System, stainless steel 1.25" square posts with #8 high polish accents, posts extend through the top securing to angle iron frame within counter body, 3/8" tempered glass front panel and serving shelf, glass to have high polish profiled edges with rounded corners, single tier over hot food section, dual tier over cold food section, includes LED lights, NSF compliant. M. One (1) each sloped cold pan, optimized for use with CounterCraft Connected Control System, (4) pan size, top mount, electronic temperature control, pan support bars for full-size pans, condenser unit (can be rotated), sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, insulated with drain, aluminized steel housing. N. One (1) each drop-in Dual-Tier HotFrost Merchandiser, HF35-2-HFL-HFL, optimized for use with CounterCraft Connected Control System, convertible, full-function capability (Hot or Frost), independently controlled per tier, 35" Length, sized for one (1) each 18x26 sheet pan per serving tier, two (2) sheet pan total capacity with LED accent lighting, all stainless steel construction.
