PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE Contract No. 1 - General Construction The project includes site development construction and interior fit-out of pre-engineered metal building previously erected for the Borough. Construction for this project includes, but is not limited to; wall and roof Insulation installation, overhead and man-door installation placement of an interior concrete slab-on-grade; interior partition walls, toilet room accessories, complete in place. Contract No. 2 - Electrical Construction This project involves electrical interior lighting construction for garage spaces and new interior office spaces; and coordination of electrical work with the Owner-contracted General Construction installer.
