The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of one or two suppliers who will deliver, upon request, solid wood products and other cabinetmaking materials (panels) for the École des métiers du meuble de Montréal ( EMMM), 6028, rue Marquette, or to any other CSSDM applicant. Suppliers can bid on Lot 1, Lot 2 or both. Contracts will be awarded by lot: Lot 1: Solid wood products Lot 2: Other cabinetmaking materials (Panels) Although this call for tenders is based on the needs of the EMMM, the supplier selected must be able to meet the needs of all CSSDM applicants. The contract will be valid for a period of five months from the date of award of the order. It comes with two renewal options of six months each with the agreement of the CSSDM and the contractor. However, any renewal will be confirmed for six months at a time in compliance with the conditions of the initial call for tenders. It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays related to access management in the context of a pandemic.
