ISP intends to procure a contract for Nitrogen Generator maintenance. The Illinois State Police (ISP) intends to procure a multi year service agreement for annual preventative maintenance on four (4) Peak Scientific Nitrogen Generators. Preventative onsite maintenance explained in Scope of Work in attachments. The service agreement will begin upon execution, and will run through 03/28/2025. All parts and labor should be included in quote. There shall be no subcontracting of labor. Vendor submitting quote must be the vendor performing the annual maintenance. The use of third party vendors is PROHIBITED. Locations for generator maintenance: 1 generator located at: FORENSIC SCIENCE CENTER AT CHICAGO 1941 West Roosevelt Rd., Chicago, IL 60608-1248; 1 generator located at: FORENSIC SCIENCE CENTER AT CHICAGO (Toxicology Section) 2255 W. Harrison, Suite B, Chicago, IL 60612; 2 generators located at: RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT/TRAINING & APPLICATIONS 2060 Hill Meadows Dr., Suite 1, Springfield, IL 62702-4670. Cook County and Sangamon County prevailing wage rates are applicable.
