2021 Steam Project - Electrical Bidding Documents may be examined in the Office of the Architect/Engineer, CPL, at 1279 North Main Street, Jamestown, NY 14701. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by Prime Contractors, Subcontractors and Vendors, from the ROTOLITE-ELLIOTT Corporation, located at 1 Grove Street, P.O. box 97, Pittsford, NY, 14534, (585) 385-1463 telephone, (585) 385-2190 fax, upon receipt of a check or money order payable to York Central School District, in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per set. A bidder making the deposit required for the Bidding Documents, submitting a Proposal accompanied by a certified check or other security in accordance with the requirements contained in the plans and specifications used by such Bidder is returned in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of contracts covered by such plans and specifications, or rejection of the Bid, the full amount of such deposit for one copy of the plans and specifications shall be returned to such Bidder. Partial reimbursement, in an amount equal to the full amount of such deposit for one set of plans and specifications per unsuccessful or non-bidder, less the actual cost of the plans and specifications, shall be made for the return of all other copies of the plans and specifications in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of the plans and specifications mailed to them shall include, in addition to the Bid Document Deposit, an non-refundable check in the amount of Forty-Five Dollars ($45.00) per set for handling and postage. All checks shall be made payable to ROTOLITE-ELLIOTT Corporation for shipping and handling. Alternatively, bidders can provide their UPS or Fedex shipper # for shipment of Bid Documents.
