Guadalupe County Historic Courthouse is located at 130 S. 4th Street in Santa Rosa, New Mexico is soliciting competitive proposals in order to facilitate the replacement of the current Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system in operation in its Historic Courthouse Building. The current HVAC system consists of McQuay air handlers approximately ten years in age, located
in the exterior of the building and a broiler system located the basement, which each serve the entire
building. Each air handler distributes air to up to two stories of the building. Twelve units are
located on the first floor and eleven units on the second floor for heating and cooling distribution
and air handler at the exterior of the building. A picture of the current units is included in the RFP.
The air handlers in operation it has been determined that replacement is required due to the units
being well past the estimated useful life of ten-years, in addition to performance issues experienced
recently Removal of existing HVAC systems and supply and installation of one (1) new HVAC System at the
Guadalupe County Histone Courthouse. The 1"floor of the Historic courthouse is approximately 3,
286 sq feet and the 2"floor is approximately 3.264 sq. ft. This will replace the current HVAC units on
the 1" and 2ft: floor of the Historic Courthouse. The HVAC system will be that same brand or
equivalent to lhe existing units A layout of the current HVAC units m the 1* & Z" office systems are
attached. A mandatary site visit is required at the Historic Courthouse Replace the existing unit with the same brand or equivalent to the existing units.

Remove and properly dispose of existing units
Supply and install units in each office if needed.
Re-use all existing ductwork, power supply and thermostats it possible
Test a 'l systems far correct and efficient operation
Clean job site daily.
