Provide labor and materials to re-paint the exterior of the facility for the Clyde E. Lassen State Veterans Nursing Home located at 4650 State Road 16 St Augustine FL 32092. Prepare entire surface of area to be re-painted (the outside of the building). Estimated square footage is 135,000 sq. ft. c Pressure wash and clean entire surface to be re-painted. d. Scrape and remove all loose paint, caulk and surface material not adhered to building. e. Patch and repair all surface area to match current building design. f. Re-caulk joints, window sills, door frames and all areas.
