All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. Reference Statement of Work Attachment 1 - Specifications v2 for a more detailed description of this requirement. FAR Magnitude of Construction: $100,000 and $250,000. The contractor shall complete the entire project no later than 120 calendar days after the contractor receives the NOTICE TO PROCEED. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, labor, supervision, personnel, and shall do all things necessary that will result in the completion of the EHRM Training and Admin Space Support construction project, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings. INVITATION FOR BID: This solicitation is being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14. 2.3 SDVOSB SET-ASIDE: This procurement is100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns.
