Email ALL questions to BowmanA@dnr.sc.gov It is the intent of the State of South Carolina Department of Natural Resources to solicit bids, for a qualified Contractor to provide the inspection and repair services for various HVAC equipment located at 217 Ft. Johnson Road, Charleston, SC. HVAC systems include, but not limited to: chillers, air handling units, exhaust fans, circulating pumps, fan coil units, control equipment, compressors, three (3) energy recovery units, and other appropriate heating and cooling controls and systems. Start date: 7/1/2022 End date: 6/30/2027 . Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled Term of Contract - Effective Date/Initial Contract Period. [01-1040-1] The maximum contract period shall be for five (5) years. This includes an initial one (1) year term and four (4) optional one-year renewal terms. SAP
