This Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Consent Decree (CD): On Call Engineering Services - Trunk Sewer Design (Multiyear Contract) is located in DeKalb County, Georgia. Be aware that visitors to our offices will go through a security screening process upon entering the building. Proposer should plan enough time to ensure delivery prior to the deadline. Late Proposals, for whatever reason, will not be evaluated. Proposer should plan their deliveries accordingly. Proposals will be considered only from experienced firms.Submit One (1) original Technical Proposal stamped "Original" (do not include the Cost Proposal Form) and one (1) identical copy of the Technical Proposal on an unlocked flash drive (do not include the Cost Proposal Form) to the address listed above.
