Site work and paving for a road / highway in Busby, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Grading, gravel, cold milling, crack seal, PMS overlay, digouts, guardrail, rumble strips, and pavement markings on the Busby-East & West project located in Big Horn County. The project begins at RP 22.19 and extends approximately 5.0 miles along National Highway Route 37/US 212 to RP 27.15. The entire project is located within the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation. Notice to Proceed. The notice to proceed will be issued with an effective date of July 5, 2022. The Contractor may change the notice to proceed date to an earlier date if written notification is received at least ten calendar days in advance of the date selected and the selected date is approved by the Project Manager. Include an updated schedule with the notification. Contract Time. Contract time assessment will begin on the notice to proceed date issued by the Department or as changed by the Contractor, whichever is earlier. Work is to be completed in 60 working days. MTDOT - 102 - Busby-East and West *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
