Site work for a civil project in Southaven, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of that certain project designated as "Star Landing Water System Improvements Phase I - Groundwater Supply Wells, A and B". Project Documents are on file and can be viewed at the office of the City Clerk Bids are for all labor and materials required to construct: Part 1 of 2 is a complete 1500 gpm groundwater supply well A and Part 2 of 2 is a complete 1500 gpm groundwater supply well B. The total Contract Time for Part 1 of 2 for Well A will be 120 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed and the total Contract Time for Part 2 of 2 for Well B will be 160 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The liquidated damages will be $500.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter, which applies to each of the completion deadlines above. The City of Southaven reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information and irregularities therein, solicit new bids, award the bid to the lowest and best bidder.
