Interstate 90 eastbound over Miller Road, and US Route 9 over Interstate 90. Bridge Preservation Element Specific Painting of the following bridges in Schenectady County: Interstate 890 over big circle, Interstate 890 westbound over Campbell Road, Interstate 890 eastbound over Campbell Road, Interstate 890 westbound over Schermerhorn Road, Interstate 890 eastbound over Schermerhorn Road, Thruway Exit 26 over Route 890, and Route 890 over Mohawk River. This Project Is Located in the Capital District Region and Includes the Following: Counties Albany Saratoga Schenectady Greene Warren Essex Washington Rensselaer Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond. Federally Aided Contracts identify a DBE Goal, and 100% NY State Funded Contracts identify both MBE and WBE Goals.
