Phased construction program of installation and commissioning of charging equipment for electric buses. Phase 1 of the Program includes two deployments conducted in parallel. Deployment 1 consists of the design which will end with the installation and commissioning of charging equipment for electric buses inside the carriers' garages and on sites belonging to EXO for an estimated total of approximately 30 buses. Deployment 2 consists of the construction of two new transport centers or the expansion and redevelopment of existing transport centers in order to accommodate a fleet of approximately one hundred and sixty electric buses. Scope of work, timelines of the project development and the project budget are being finalized. TIMELINE: Preparation of the bus electrification program is underway. In early/spring 2025 the owner has completed, in cooperation with the firm Letenda, a series of road tests carried out with the electric midibus in the Saint-Eustache sector and launched partial electrification work on its garage located in Sorel-Tracy. The owner plans to subdivide the construction program into specific construction packages and separate projects. These packages/projects will be followed when their scope is finalized and they proceed to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
