**As of April 14, 2022, bids were rejected as they were over the budget . No definite date for the rebid.** Construction Services to Partially Re-floor the Science and Technology Building Career Center Board of Education is requesting interested Flooring Contractors to submit qualifications for construction services to partially re-floor the Science and Technology Building located on the campus of the EHOVE Career Center in Milan, Ohio. Construction services will begin after selection of the contractor and immediately upon negotiation of owner-contractor contract agreement. All services shall be performed according to the contractor's contract with the Board of Education. Email questions to Rich Brienik, rbrienik@tc.design, or call 419.242.7405. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive minor variations in the evaluation and selection process. A Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid, as described in the Instructions to Bidders, must be submitted with each bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The school district reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine bidder responsibility.
