It is a 1101 m2 school which will have 3 classes, a large multi-purpose room and a 210 m2 gymnasium . The entire work will be on a slab on ground with a steel structure. Exposed wooden girts are planned for the gymnasium. The roofs will be sloping with two sides. The exterior finish will be brick. It is a school which will be ventilated, air-conditioned and heated using heat pumps. Electric baseboards at the bottom of the windows will supplement the heating. All lighting will be LED type with time delay control. The school will be equipped with access control, cameras, an intercom, an intrusion alarm system and a distributed control system for remote control of several parameters. It's a country school, so the water will come from a new well already drilled. The drinking water treatment system is included in the project, however. Also included in the project will be a wastewater treatment system. A landscape architect defined all the exterior design. Note that the only asphalt surface of the project will be for the basketball court, everything else, including the access path will be finished in stone dust. A fence will be installed around the facilities. Note that the demolition of the old school is not included in the current contract.
