As of August 19, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Pima Community College is requesting Statements of Qualifications to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services to include design phase assistance and complete construction services for the Project: Downtown Campus Hotel Properties Development Project: Downtown Campus Hotel Properties Development: Tucson Inn, Copper Cactus Inn and Frontier Motel located in the Miracle Mile Historic District, Drachman St., Tucson, AZ 85705. QUESTIONS IN WRITING TO: Jennifer Moore, MBA, CPPB, Senior Procurement Analyst via email at do-bids-proposals@pima.edu by March 22, 2022 at 5:00 PM (MST) The Project Budget allocation range is $8.3 to $14.5 million. This range represents the total amount available for project development including: new construction, site work, utilities, furniture and equipment and fees. The Construction Budget range the architect shall use for planning the facilities is $6.5 to $10.5 million. This final budget shall not be changed, except by a written notice from the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Facilities to the architect. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
