This project will develop a new campus for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services with the relocation of DHHS functions currently located on the Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. This Phase I project will consist of 440,000 GSF of high-rise office space, a structured parking deck, and a central energy plant. The project includes associated site and utility infrastructure to serve the new buildings, the structured parking deck, and the campus site.
This Package D work is for the Core & Shell of the Office Tower and includes building skin (architectural precast, glass curtainwall, roofing), Main Lobby, Elevator Lobbies and Building MEP Systems (plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, HVAC, HVAC Controls, Electrical, Telecommunications) Site Walks will be held on the following dates, pending Owner approval
