Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The scope of work shall consist of two separate operations including but not limited to the following: Renovation of existing building interior and exterior, new addition to existing building, new pre-engineered metal building, site work associated with grading adjustments, landscaping, building pads and vapor mitigation system. The check should be made out to the City of Chattanooga and mailed to the City of Chattanooga Purchasing Department, 101 East 11th Street, Suite G13, Chattanooga, TN 37402. Prior to mailing the check you can scan and email a copy to bidinfo@chattanooga. gov. Once the email has been received with a copy of the check the requested bid documents will be emailed. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act. The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
