Refinish stain and seal original heritage dining room and hallway fir floors at Rockwood Lodge (Facility). Proponents are to comply with the standards and guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada. Show adherence to Heritage BC guidelines and adhere to the Wood First Act. All additional scope should be clearly identified. Proponents should include sufficient budget within their fee quotations to coordinate these activities.
