The Brazos River Authority (BRA) will be accepting sealed bids from contractors to provide firm pricing for Chlorine and Sulfur Dioxide Gases that meet the requirements of this solicitation. To be delivered to the Sugar Land New Territory and Sugar Land Greatwood Wastewater Treatment Plants. The specifications in this request are the minimum acceptable. If a specific manufacturer number is used, it is to establish a quality, functional capability and/or performance level desired. All chemicals must be NSF/ANSI STANDARD 60 approved chemicals and NSF Certification & Certificate of Analysis shall be included with the bid response. The owner reserves the right to accept any of the Bids submitted or to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in the Bids. 4:00 PM, Monday, January 24, 2022 Last date and time to ask questions or request additional information.
