As of January 4, 2023, construction is completed. Construction took place from March 7, 2022 through August 5, 2022. Project Quantities: 23,560 Cyds Earth Excavation, 6,740 Cyds Embankment, 6,343 Cyds Subbase, 12,271 Tons Agg Base, 5,143 Ft Conc, Curb and Gutter, 10,812 Tons HMA, 2,390 Ft Cl E Sewer, 11,037 Ft Subbase Underdrain, 82,340 Ft Pavement Marking, 19,700 Syd Slope Restoration. Includes 1.12 miles of road reconstruction and HMA paving and 0.93 miles of pavement rehabilitation and HMA paving on Crooked Lake Road from Latson Road to Dorr Road in Genoa Township, Livingston County, Michigan The entire completed and signed proposal must be submitted in sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder and a notation indicating the project on which bid is submitted. A certified or cashier's check on an open solvent bank shall be submitted with each individual bid in the amount of $50,000.00 payable to the Livingston County Road Commission. Work shall not commence from the POB to Station 19+00 (Three Fires Elementary School driveway) prior to June 2, 2022. Work from the POB to Station 19+00 must be completed by the interim completion date of August 17, 2022. The project must be completely open to traffic by the open to traffic date of October 28, 2022. The entire project must be completed by the final completion date of November 15, 2022. All work to be accomplished shall be under the direct supervision of the County Engineer or his authorized representative. It is expressly understood that any approvals, reviews, and inspections of any nature by the Livingston County Road Commission, its agents, officers, and employees, shall not be construed as a warranty or assumption of liability on the part of the Livingston County Road Commission. Any such approvals are for the sole and exclusive purposes of the Livingston County Road Commission, which is acting in a governmental capacity under this contract. Any approvals, reviews, and inspections by the Livingston County Road Commission will not relieve the Contractor of the Contractors obligations hereunder, nor are such approvals, reviews, and inspections to be construed as a warranty as to the propriety of the Contractors performance, but are undertaken for the sole use and information of the Livingston County Road Commission *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
