Shawnee County is soliciting sealed bids for renovation of the 13th green at Cypress Ridge Golf Course, 2533 SW Urish Road, per the following minimum requirements. The project will include the following: 1. Survey and site prep 2. Earthwork 3. Drainage 4. Root zone mix 5. Green construction 6. Grass, turf and seeding 7. Post-project restoration and warranty A.
