The work required to be done under this Contract includes the supply of material, labour, equipment, permits, site offices, and other requirements, necessary for the complete construction of the works shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified herein including a guarantee of workmanship and materials for a period of one years after the issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Performance. The following is a general, but not necessarily complete, description of the work to be constructed under the Contract. The list below is not intended to specify the order of construction/execution: 1. Installation of an area-velocity flow meter in the existing benched manhole 2. Installation of a 7'x7' shed for monitoring and sampling equipment. 3. Installation of a transmitter with flow read-outs and a totalizer for the flow meter within the shed 4. Installation of an automatic composite sampling system installed in the shed with sample tubing extending to the manhole. 5. Installation of an isolation valve in the manhole that can be operated from the surface with an extended key stem. 6. Construction of an electrical duct bank from the monitoring shed to the hydro pole on Egerton St. 7. Coordination with Entegrus for the installation of a new hydro transformer. 8. Electrical connection within the monitoring shed. 9. Site restoration, grading, and landscaping.
