The Housing Authority of Skagit County is requesting a statement of qualifications for general architectural and engineering services for proposed multi-family housing projects within Skagit County. The pre-design phase may include preparation of preliminary plans and developing cost estimates for applications through Washington Department of Commerce Housing Trust Fund, Washington State Housing Finance Commission Low Income Housing Tax Credits or any other sources of public funding. The scope of services may include but is not limited to the preliminary design, surveys, soil testing, developing cost estimates, environmental studies, zoning approvals and assistance in the various funding applications.
