All contractors, suppliers and subcontractors shall demonstrate 5 years of progressive experience in work similar in nature to this project. All workers employed on the project shall have documented legal citizenship or immigration status. Any general or subcontractor that has outstanding fees or inspections or has outstanding workrelated, performance, or quality issues with the City of Anderson may be deemed as nonresponsive or non-responsible.
