This project replaces the existing HVAC systems for four single-story housing buildings. All four buildings share nearly identical floor plans with minor variations. New HVAC systems include new ductwork, AHU s, boilers, pumps, steam generators, and controls. Work will be performed on one building at a time, with up 30 days between buildings to allow for relocation of occupants. Relocation of occupants in first building will begin after NTP. Period of Performance is 445 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP shall be issued approximately 10 calendar days after award once required payment and performance bonds and certificate of insurance is provided.
