Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cypress, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to the removal and disposal of the existing FRP stairs, grating, stairway, handrails, kickplates and toe guards. These items shall be replaced with galvanized stairs, grating, stairway, handrail, kickplates and toe guards. Removal, disposal, and replacement shall also include all appurtenances and concrete foundations per plans. Temporary ladder access shall be installed for operation of the plant as needed during construction. All work performed shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications. If plans and bid documents are not immediately available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the engineer. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. PN - 6513-00
