Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jean, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The Department of Aviation invites firms to submit qualifications to provide Professional Consulting Services associated with a federally funded design Project at Jean Airport entitled 0L7 (Jean Airport) Runway Rehabilitation. The selected firm, upon review of the submittal, and interview if required, will provide a team of professionals that can demonstrate successful airfield design and construction support services at a General Aviation Airport, as defined by the FAA for the PROJECT. The qualifications submittal provided in response to this invitation shall demonstrate the experience and identify the personnel necessary for these services. The services include, but are not limited to, airfield pavement design, minor utility design, airfield electrical and lighting design, and an understanding of complex construction phasing in an airport setting in accordance with FAA standards. Telephone calls regarding this RFQ will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to contracts@Mccarran.com and will be responded to in writing. As of July 6, 2022, the issuance of short-list of firms has not been released.
