Renovation of a municipal facility in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Owner will construct under the general contractor method and will be accepting a single bid for all Work required. Each Bidder shall submit their Proposal in a sealed envelope. Enclosed with their Proposal shall be executed copies of the Non-Collusion and Business Relationship Affidavits. Any bid not in compliance with the Construction Documents will be rejected. Each Bidder shall submit, with the Proposal, a Bidder's Bond as required in Laws of Oklahoma and the Construction Documents. Such Bonds may be in the form of an irrevocable letter of credit, cashier's check or bid bond. Cash is not acceptable. All such bonds shall be made payable to the Owner in an amount no less than five (5%) percent of the largest combination of the Base Proposal and any Alternates. The Contractor may be required to forfeit the Bid Bond, to the Owner, in the event the Contractor fails to execute a Contract or fails to provide the required Bonding and Insurances Upon the Owner's acceptance of bids, a Contract will be executed between the Owner and the approved Bidder. All bonding and insurance will be attached to the executed Contract. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this Bid Opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any Bids received.
