The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and materials necessary to provide High Voltage Repairs under a Standing Offer Agreement on an "as when required basis" for various projects at CFB Shilo, Manitoba. AMENDMENTS TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM MERX AS AMENDMENTS OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES MAY NOT BE THE LATEST. Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $400,000.00 for the initial two (2) year term from the Notification of Award and the maximum value per call-up will be $60,000.00. If mutually agreed, the SOA may be extended for an additional two (2), one (1) year periods and may be increased in the order of $400,000.00 at any time for the duration of the SOA. Bidders are advised that bid and contract security are not required. Refer to the Standing Offer Agreement Documents (Form DCL330E), Paragraph 2.6. Inquiries relating to this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. Bidders who contact anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority to obtain clarifications during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified. DCC now publicly discloses information on payments made to prime contractors so that subcontractors know when they can expect payment.
