Only the MATOC contract holders of the above-mentioned contracts are able to submit proposals for this action. The contractor shall repair the damaged bridge at McAlpine Locks and Dam per design drawings and scope of work attached to this solicitation. ***Amendment 0001*** The following requirements are removed from the Scope of Work: o 1.5.3.3 Contractor Qualifications (SOW page 93) o SD-07 Certificates (SOW page 109) Updated SOW is attached. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged ***Amendment 0001*** ***Amendment 0002*** The following traffic notes have been added to page 3 of "MCA BRIDGE REPAIR_Drawings" Lock Traffic Notes: Lock Closure Requirements: The contractor must provide a request for closure with a 7-day notice. After award, contractor will provide a project schedule that will help USACE plan for the upcoming closures. The restrictions on closing the south chamber are that the contractor may work up to 12 hours during daylight hours only. The contractor must not close the chamber more than 5 consecutive days. IF the lower gage of the Ohio River at McAlpine is above 27 feet, the contractor will have no restriction on consecutive days for closure on the south chamber. General Work Requirements: All work on the damaged bridge section must stop when river traffic is passing underneath. Contractor can submit a plan to protect passing traffic underneath, but the plan will have to be approved by USACE. Proposal due date has been changed from 10:00 a.m. ET on 28 January 2022 to 10:00 a.m. ET on 02 February 2022. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ***Amendment 0002*** P2 128624 FY21
