The USDA Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services Division, Field Procurement Operations, Northwest Zone Service and Supply CSA #2, Portland, OR, intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm-fixed priced type Blanket Purchase Agreement for Vault Pumping Services for the Region 6 Forests - various locations. Services will involve providing sewage disposal services from multiple vendors for vault toilet and septic tank waste removal and disposal. This will be a BPA with a 10 year annual renewal agreement. It will be advertised under NAICS Code 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services. The Small Business size standard applicable to the advertised NAICS code is $8.0 Million. The applicable Product/Service Code is S205, Maintenance of Sewage and Waste Facilities. This procurement will be set-aside in total for Small Businesses.
