The work includes Site Preparation and Improvements, General Construction, and Electrical Work, all to be let under one prime contract. A cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. If a Bid Bond is provided, the Bond must be signed by an authorized agent of the Bonding Company and the agent's power of attorney must be submitted with the Bid Bond. A Bidder receiving a Contract award may retain paper Bidding Documents, and the Bidder's deposit will be refunded. Additional sets or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, may be obtained for the actual cost of printing, shipping and handling, and will be non-refundable. Prime Bidders may also obtain Bidding Documents in electronic format through Southern Reprographics at for a nonrefundable fee as pre-determined by level of access pre-bid conference will NOT be held. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities in, or to reject any or all bids.No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the date of the opening thereof.
