Complete Rebuild of a 1998 Hale Pump, to meet the following specifications: Apparatus: 1998 E-1 Pumper on a Freightliner Chassis Pump:1250 GPM 1998 Hale Pump, Model QSG-15-23, Serial Number 19031. Rebuild to Include but not limited to: 1. Replace Impeller Shaft 2. Replace Impeller 3. Replace Impeller Wear Rings 4. Replace all Seals and Gaskets for the Gear Box 5. Replace all Seals and Gaskets for the Pump required during rebuild 6. Replace all Bearing for the Pump 7. Replace all Gear Box Bearings 8. Replace Pump Packing Glands 9. Replace Packing Glands Adjustment Nut 10. Pump Auto Lube is to be rebuilt 11. Rebuild Relief Value and Relief Value Controller 12. Replace Pump Gear Box Driveline U Joints 13. Replace Pump Shift Forks 14. Replace Pump Shaft Controller 15. AII fluids to be flushed and replaced 16. NFPA Pump Test 17. AII parts to be OEM new (No Exceptions) The City of Greenville will accept bids for the complete rebuild of a 1998 Hale Pump. All Bids must have a $3,500 dollar contingency for Value and Primer Rebuild/Replacement. The City will review submitted bids and other relevant information.
