Madison College Fort Atkinson Metal Fabrication Lab & Classroom Remodel The renovation and subdivision of existing shop 140 to include a new room for the metallurgy testing lab, conversion of room 107A into a storage space, upgrades to classroom 107, and conversion of office 105 to a mother/recovery room. Work to include plumbing, fire suppression, HVAC, and electrical systems for the renovated areas. Bid Alternate 1: Provide new finishes, new partitions, new interior doors and associated plumbing, fire suppression, HVAC, and electrical systems for faculty office 104 and classrooms 106, and 108. Bid Alternate 2: Provide new exterior windows at office 104, classrooms 106, 108, 110 and testing lab 110A. Bid Alternate 3: Reshingle roof and repaint exterior siding at garage/shed storage building Bid Bond is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
