The selected firm will perform Preliminary Engineering and Plan Development Services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: Environmental Documentation Preparation, Topographic Survey Data Collection, Design and Plan Development, Utility Coordination, Geotechnical Services, Pavement Design, Permits, R/W Engineering Services (including Title Research, R/W Engineering, & Staking) and other services as needed. Some of the potentially needed services include Ecological Surveys, Wetland Mitigation and Hydraulic Analysis. Specifically for Construction Contract #: R-43980, the consultant will need to provide the full R/W Services excluding the Closing as it will be provided by INDOT.
