# of Firms to Select 1 Prequalification Required: Yes The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract # R-43932 documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Pavement Design, Utility Coordination, Design and Plans including Right-of-Way plan development/Title Research, and Construction Phase Services. A traffic management plan is required on several of the projects as well as tree clearing. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and/or Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will perform the Land Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
