Deadline To Receive Questions: Wednesday, 01/19/2022 5:00 PM MDT Anticipated Release of Answers to Questions: Thursday, 01/20/2022 Bid proposals are to remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing date. Proposals submitted with a validity period of less than this will be found unresponsive and will not be considered. Initial Term of the Contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months. Following the Initial Term, the parties may extend the Contract under the same pricing, terms and conditions, on an annual basis, upon mutual written consent for up to 4 additional one (1) year terms. Price increases, if any, will be considered at the Contract renewal date only. For a price increase to be considered, the Contractor must provide written justification for the increase ninety (90) days prior to contract renewal date. Only costs that are not within the control of the Contractor will be considered, such as, but not limited to: raw materials, labor costs, unusual transportation costs, etc. Contractor must document these cost increases to the satisfaction of Boise State University. The University reserves the right to verify all claims regarding increased costs. Price decreases must be passed to the State immediately as they are available to the contractor. Increases must be limited to a three percent (3%) increase annually, if accepted.
