The project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new hangar building, with office space along with access road, utility services, and associated improvements. The base bid items will include the site work including all work outside of the proposed building footprints (Base Bid Schedule A), along with construction of the hangar building (Base Bid Schedule B).
