**As of April 14, 2022, project was awarded to Midwest Computer Products, awarded amount is $416,171.95.** Parkland College A/V Flex room Upgrade and Installation Parkland College invites you to submit awritten bid for an A/V Flex Room upgrade including installation and configuration of the equipment. 1. The scope of this contract shall be to furnish, configure, install, complete in every respect all audio/visual equipment, including but not limited to: A. Any RJ45 terminations B. All conduits, Low voltage wiring panels will be pulled from designated location C. Fire wall, ceiling, roof, and floor penetration D. Pulling, bundling, and terminating audio and control cables E. Installing structural systems for audiovisual equipment F. Software/hardware testing G. Adjusting and balancing audio gain as required H. Assuring the finished system meets the design criteria and functions per the design concept I. Completion of final punch list items 2. Contractor shall coordinate its work with that performed by others. 5 3. The following general conditions are provided by Contractor: A. Temporary safety measures B. Temporary protection of installed work C. General construction cleaning D. Man lift and ladders to reach these areas to complete the install. E. Removal and reinstallation of any light fixtures and ceiling tiles needed for access. (Light removal will be required for all hard ceiling areas.) 4.General conditions items to be provided by Parkland College shall be as outlined below: A. Dumpsters B. Temporary Toilets C.
