Site work and renovation of a civil project in Eureka, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project is located at the W. Washington and Koster Streets, and is composed of replacement of four (4) large sewer pumps, replacement of two (2) small sewer pumps, associated piping replacement, bypassing of sewer flows, installation of a hoist and supporting beam, and minor electrical work. The estimated construction cost is $700,000. The percentage of retention that will be withheld from progress payments is 5%. Questions will now be required to be submitted by 5:00pm on Tuesday, February 8th, 2022.
