Please direct any questions about the scope, site visit, details of the work, or the proposal to: Angel Barnes, Orange County Capital Projects Manager, Orange County AMS 919-245-2628 abarnes@orangecountync.gov Orange County requests your competitive quotation to furnish the item(s) listed below for Orange County Mural Court Room, located at 103 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, NC 27278 and Central Recreation Building, located at 302 Tryon Street, Hillsborough, NC 27278. Please provide separate pricing for each building. Note from C.T. Wilson Construction: Everyone please note that the bid form we submit for this project indicates that all workers on site make a living wage of $14.95 an hour or more. When submitting bids, please indicate that is understood and accounted for. Pease let me know if there area any questions on the footings at the steel platforms, remember to allow for a pump truck, access will not allow for a truck to back up to these. Addendum #1 & #2 have been issued as of 2-15-2022.
