The City of Phoenix is seeking up to three qualified electrical engineering consultant teams and/or an instrumentation and controls system integrator to provide design support, construction inspections, and commissioning testing for projects associated with electrical, instrumentation and control systems for the Water Services Department. The project sites are located at three water treatment plants. The City expects to award one contract for each water treatment plant. No firm will be awarded more than one contract. Selected firms will not be awarded a contract for a site where they have previously assisted with design. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
