The City of Englewood and the Englewood Downtown Development Authority are seeking qualified vendors to provide improvements to the South Broadway Paseo & Crosswalk location in downtown Englewood. The South Broadway mid-block crossing and two public paseos east and west of South Broadway are in the heart of Englewood's historic downtown district. They connect community members to local shops, restaurants, services, jobs and parking. The paseos are important downtown gathering spots and can be programmed with live music and other small gatherings that are especially desirable during the pandemic. However, both East and West paseos and the crosswalk need improvements to become safer, more multimodal and inclusive amenities for the community.
