Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is soliciting bids from a qualified contractor to provide weed abatement, herbicide application and trash removal services, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Metropolitan intends to award one contract for a one-year term under this solicitation. Award shall be made to the lowest responsive, responsible Contractor. The four (4) one-year option periods will not be considered in the evaluation for award. The initial term of the agreement shall be from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023. Start/Delivery Date March 1, 2022 Project Duration One Year Plus (4) Option Renewal (One Year Periods) Q&A Deadline 02/11/2022 11:00 AM (PST) The completed form must be emailed to mdun@mwdh2o.com by January 20, 2022 Prevailing Wage Required Metropolitan reserves the right to reject the bid of a bidder who has failed previously to perform properly on contracts of a similar nature, or a bid where investigation shows the bidder is not in a position to perform the contract
