EPV: $375,000 - $475,000 The project includes Phase 2 building renovations converting an existing structure into a public shelter facility. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, restroom/plumbing modifications, kitchen modifications, electrical, finish carpentry, doors and millwork, flooring, drywall and painting, furnish and install new patio cover and emergency generator. Technical Specifications and the replacement of exterior ADA access ramps will be added via addendum.
