OPTION This notice does not include any option to renew or extend. SCHEDULE FOR COMPLETING THE WORK The successful bidder must carry out the work between May 1 , 2024 and November 15, 2024. ADDRESS OF THE WORK The work will be carried out at the Paul-Gilbert Center: 9330, boul. du Centre-Hospitalier Charny, QC G6X 1L6 PLACE TO OBTAIN DOCUMENTS The tender documents will be obtained by email. ACCEPTANCE OF SUBMISSIONS The CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the submissions. COMPLIANCE The goods proposed in the bid must comply with the description or technical requirements in the quote. If the bidder is not able to comply with one or other of the technical requirements, it would be essential for the bidder to contact the file manager in order to check if an alternative is possible by issuing an addendum.
