Closing Time: 2:30 P.M. (NT) ** Please note that there has been 4 addendum issued for this RFP. ** The work under this project include: 1. Evaluate and compute the detachment's ventilation and air conditioning requirements 2. Evaluate the DDC system capabilities for expansion and upgrading to achieve energy saving and, 3. Provide a new replacement of the existing DX 10 ton unit (located in 2nd floor mechanical room) with a new unit of adequate capacity energy efficient (i.e. VFD), environmental friendly refrigerant, and high efficiency performance; 4.Upgrade/replace the Building DDC system as required .DCC shall be non properity open protocol, BACnet system as part of the construction of this project, the following will need to be performed: -1. Supply (1) unit of adequate ventilation and air conditioning capacity with the condensing unit placed outside and the indoor section placed in the 2nd floor mechanical room. Evaluate the available space and clearances for the new installation. - 2. Evaluate the associated existing ductwork conditions and layout, dampers, VAV boxes and air terminals and replace as required, to warrant an efficient system's performance. -3. Supply electrical wiring for new air conditioning system. Connect the new unit to the facility DDC system for controlling and monitoring and update the sequence of operations accordingly. -4. Coordinate the operation of the unit with the existing heating, humidification and ventilation systems. - 5. All design and construction work shall be in accordance to RCMP PMM standards, NBC,ASHRAE 62.1 and applicable codes and standards .
